Since its founding in 2006, funds managed by VBI Real Estate have received equity commitments of approximately $800 million from public and corporate pension plans, insurance companies, endowments, foundations, real estate-dedicated funds of funds and high net worth individuals. VBI Real Estate has invested and/or committed to invest in 25 real estate development projects in the retail, office, housing and industrial segments in Brazil. VBI Real Estate is owned entirely by its management team.
